How far is the home from the airport?

Bungalow 829 is located approximately 10 miles from Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Depending on traffic, the drive typically takes around 20 minutes.

Guests may also use MARTA, Atlanta’s rail system, for convenient access to Midtown. Take the Red or Gold Line toward Doraville and exit at either North Avenue or Midtown Station — both are about a 15-minute walk from the home.

How far is the home from downtown venues like Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Georgia World Congress Center, and AmericasMart?

Bungalow 829 is located just 3 miles from downtown Atlanta and many of the city’s major event venues, including Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Georgia World Congress Center, and AmericasMart Atlanta. Most destinations are less than a 10-minute drive away, and many are also easily accessible via MARTA.

Is parking available?

Complimentary street parking is available directly in front of the home and is typically easy to find.

Is the home suitable for remote work?

Yes — Bungalow 829 is well-suited for remote work and longer stays. The home includes high-speed wireless internet as well as a wired LAN connection for guests who require especially fast or reliable connectivity for video calls, streaming, or focused work sessions.

Can packages or grocery deliveries be sent to the home?

Yes — guests are welcome to receive grocery, meal, and package deliveries during their stay.

What is included in the kitchen?

The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for both everyday meals and more elevated cooking experiences, featuring a six-burner gas range, handmade ceramic dinnerware and mugs, and a collection of high-end glassware. Whether preparing a quiet breakfast or hosting a relaxed dinner at home, the space is designed to feel both functional and inviting.

Is there a washer/dryer onsite?

Yes — a full-sized laundry room is located on the second floor and includes a washer, dryer, folding table, utility sink, iron, and ironing board.

Is housekeeping service included?

The home is professionally cleaned between each stay to maintain our high cleanliness standards. For extended stays, complimentary weekly housekeeping service is included. Additional cleanings may also be arranged upon request.

Is yard service included?

Our landscaping team maintains the grounds on a weekly basis to keep the outdoor spaces looking their best. Additional services may be arranged upon request.

Are pets permitted?

Select pets may be permitted with prior written approval and an additional pet fee. Please contact us before booking to discuss your pet and confirm eligibility.

Is the home family-friendly?

Children are welcome at Bungalow 829, though guests should note that the home was designed as a carefully curated historic residence with original artwork, collected objects, and decorative furnishings throughout. Families with young children may wish to take this into consideration when booking.

Are events or parties permitted?

In order to preserve the character of the home and maintain a peaceful experience for neighbors and guests alike, parties, large gatherings, and events are not permitted at Bungalow 829.

Is smoking permitted in the home?

Bungalow 829 is a smoke-free property. Smoking, vaping, and the use of tobacco products are not permitted anywhere inside the home or on the property grounds.

Does the home have any security features?

Guest safety and privacy are always a priority at Bungalow 829. The home is equipped with a professionally monitored alarm system, as well as exterior security cameras that record activity outside the property.

Is the home ADA compliant?

As a historic private residence, Bungalow 829 is not ADA compliant. Access to the home requires the use of stairs at both the front and rear entrances.

Is the artwork available for purchase?

Yes — many of the pieces featured throughout the home are available for purchase. We’re proud to showcase work from local and emerging artists and are happy to provide additional information about featured pieces during your stay.
